It’s brand28’s birthday! We couldn’t be more excited to celebrate number three than with an exciting new product launch!
Through our three years of business, we’ve been able to team up with some amazing companies to help them communicate important initiatives with their employees. We’re so grateful for our fun and hard-working clients! You inspire us and motivate us to work even harder to create out-of-the-box solutions for your needs.
We’ve been able to learn so much from our clients, partners and industry experts in these three amazing years!
First, we learned that the number one sought after video for internal communications is benefits explainers. We totally get it! Explaining benefits is hard work. They’re complicated, often boring, and this makes HR’s job even harder when trying to connect and engage with employees.
We also learned that HR is one of the busiest, hardest working departments that exist within corporations. Having to balance the initiatives of the company with requests from employees is not an easy task. This often leaves HR professionals in a hurry and having to make decisions fast. So, waiting six to eight weeks for a customized benefits video is often out of the question. You need a benefits video delivered fast!
And lastly, we learned that it is sometimes difficult to obtain a budget for internal communications. Even though effective employee communication has an enormous (and we mean ENORMOUS) impact on employee engagement and retention, we are still ahead of the curve when it comes to investing in these types of communications. Only 16% of organizations currently realize the direct impact employee communication has on overall employee satisfaction. And in this day in age, finding and keeping great talent is a challenge due to the global market we live in. Anyone can live any place and work anywhere…literally! Employees are working for American companies as they travel around the world – all they need is a computer and some reliable internet. So, to say it’s hard connecting with and engaging your employees is certainly an understatement.

We’re calling it BeneBits™ - little bits of benefits information straight to your employees. This has been three years in the making, and we cannot wait to show you the goods later this summer!
